POSITION: Business Consultants
DESCRIPTION: SINERIA selects for its Consulting Division:

Sineria looks for Business Consultants for its Consulting Department, who will collaborate in designing business management-related concepts and strategies, with a 360º approach, in order to integrate value added and offer support during the implementation and start-up of the associated plans.

The activities to be performed are: supervising the business diagnosis and planning activities; analyzing the collected data; defining the objectives and proposing the necessary Action Plans to reach such objectives, including the definition of management indicators (KPI’s); supervising the design, implementation and testing activities of the architecture and associated business processes, and defining the test and implementation of the business processes.

We are looking for result-oriented, proactive people with leadership and teamwork capabilities, having demonstrable skills in project management and leadership.

Studies: Lower and/or Higher Graduate

Experience: at least 2 years in the sector

Requirements:
Diagnosis of business processes and proposing Action Plans. Corporate Strategic Planning in the different areas of the company. Defining business models. Strategic vision of information systems. Familiar with process management tools (ARIS)
Languages: Spanish and English. Italian and Russian a plus
Other: Readiness to travel

Pay: €36,000-42,000 gross per year
